Practitioner Network
Growing Namibia’s Regenerative Skill Base
Across Namibia, there are farmers, designers, soil builders, water experts, natural builders, compost specialists, and food system innovators already doing the work.
- Many of them operate quietly.
- Many are fully booked.
- Many are not visible online.
The Living Earth Practitioner Network exists to make this practical knowledge visible, accessible, and connected.
- This is not an agency.
- This is not a closed club.
It is a curated network of independent practitioners working in fields related to regeneration.
Why This Matters
Namibia faces real challenges:
- Poor soils and low fertility
- Water scarcity and drought stress
- High food imports and rising prices
- Youth unemployment in rural areas
- Rapid urbanisation without resilient design
At the same time, we already have local expertise in:
- Permaculture design
- Agroforestry and food forests
- Organic production systems
- Composting and soil restoration
- Holistic grazing and livestock systems
- Water harvesting and earthworks
- Natural and climate-appropriate building
The missing piece is visibility and connection.
What This Network Does
The Practitioner Network aims to:
- Make local regenerative expertise visible
- Help landowners and communities find the right support
- Strengthen collaboration between practitioners
- Show government and investors that capacity already exists
- Build confidence in Namibian-grown solutions
Each profile shares:
- Background and experience
- Areas of specialisation
- Typical challenges they help solve
- Geographic focus
- Contact details
Living Earth does not employ these practitioners. They remain independent. We simply provide a platform that highlights their work and connects them to opportunities.

Building a Regenerative Ecosystem
Living Earth’s long-term vision includes regional hubs across Namibia, practical training sites, demonstration farms, and resilient local economies.
The Practitioner Network is one of the foundations of that ecosystem.
Without skilled people on the ground, vision remains theory.
With visible, connected practitioners, regeneration becomes practical.
