Availability – When We Need You

The Living Earth Expo runs over two inspiring days, but we need our Crew before, during, and after the event:

• Set-Up Day: Be there the day before the expo kicks off to help set up stands, signage, and more

• Expo Days: Full availability on both expo days is required — helping exhibitors, guiding guests, and being the heartbeat of the event

• Breakdown Day (Sunday): After the magic is over, help us take it all down and leave the space as we found it

We’ll provide a detailed schedule closer to the event, but flexibility and dedication are key!
